RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a highly-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a keen attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role requires someone who can work independently and must be willing to dedicate extra hours when necessary to meet deadlines or handle urgent tasks.

The Consultant will perform the following functions:

  • Promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and prepare associated affidavits of service and exhibits and maintain related data.

  • Maintain service statistics in internal database for billing and quality assurance

  • Create, import, and maintain creditor data and service lists.

  • Communicate effectively and professionally with counsel, advisors, production (internal and external) and internal colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Strong communication skills
