JOB DESCRIPTION

The following duties and responsibilities shall be performed by the assigned RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST with their respective Key Results Area and Key performance indicator

  1. Preparations

  2. Prepare radiography equipment, position patients, and obtain optimal images for diagnosis.

  3. Proper Handling of Machines / equipment used

  4. Monitor Preventive Maintenance by service provider

  5. Operations

  6. Closely follow physician instructions,

  7. Displays preventive steps to avoid unnecessary exposure to radiation.
  8. Displays proper communication with patients by explaining how the process works.
  9. Must be able to communicate calmly, compassionately, and professionally with all different types of patients including the elderly, ailing, and handicapped.

  10. Reports abnormal x-ray findings to the requesting physician when necessary.

  11. Administrative

  12. Adheres to the Company's health and safety standards.

  13. Performs work assignment with minimum need for supervision and guidance.
  14. Release accurate results to the Patient
  15. Maintain patients confidentiality
  16. Ensures availability of x-ray supplies, its requisition and consumption
  17. Prepare a necessary monthly report
  18. Prepares data/ documents for permit of clinics for FDA and its process.
