WE'RE HIRING: Gaming Market Analysis Associate

Ideal Candidates:

  • Able to work around National Capital Region (NCR).
  • 1-2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs (preferably in the gaming or related industry).
  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
  • Average verbal and written English skills.

About the role:

The role of the Gaming Compliance Associate is to support our Compliance team in ensuring that all gaming activities of the online gaming licenses are conducted in compliance to the rules and regulations of the gaming regulatory body. This role involves monitoring operations of licensees, maintaining records, and assisting with compliance audits and investigations.

Responsibilities (mainly administrative task):

  • Monitor gaming operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
  • Compliance Audits: Assist in internal and external compliance audits, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to audit standards.
  • Incident Reporting: Prepare detailed reports of any regulatory violations or compliance-related incidents and coordinate with the compliance team for resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including legal and operations, to address compliance concerns and provide support during inspections and audits.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, or areas for improvement in compliance and risk management.
  • Prepare data for operations reports and dashboard.
  • Any other task deemed necessary by Management.
