Role Description:

We are seeking an ISO Compliance Associate (QMS & ISMS) to support our Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC

This role focuses on document control, compliance coordination, audit support, and management systems documentation, working closely with the Quality Management Representative (QMR).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and control QMS and ISMS documentation (policies, procedures, records, registers)
  • Ensure document control, versioning, distribution, retention, and confidentiality
  • Support ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audit readiness (internal and external audits)
  • Track corrective actions, preventive actions, and compliance activities
  • Administer customer satisfaction surveys, feedback logs, and complaint registers
  • Consolidate compliance data and prepare management review reports
  • Assist in internal audit planning, evidence gathering, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate with departments for timely compliance documentation submissions

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, Psychology, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in compliance, document control, quality assurance, audit support, or administrative roles
  • Minimum of 1.5-2 years' experience in compliance, document control, quality assurance, audit support, or administrative roles is acceptable
  • Experience in any one of the specified areas (compliance, document control, quality assurance, audit support, or administrative roles) is sufficient
  • Minimum of 1+ years' hands-on experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 27001 systems is required
  • Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and organisational ability
