Responsible for the procurement of goods and services required for the real estate business unit. This includes cost analysis, contract negotiation, supplier evaluation, and offering strategies and solutions to find the best deals possible for business operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Orders materials and ensures the purchase of materials within the prescribed time is observed.
  • Compares prices among various vendors for a more sound purchasing decision.
  • Negotiates with contractors on the price, mode of payment and shipping, delivery timing, and quality of goods and warranty.
  • Checks documentation, particularly invoices for accuracy and initiates accounts payable department to process payment.
  • Processes accreditation/re-accreditation of vendors including ocular visit, supplier presentation, coordination meeting, etc.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.
  • Maintains and updates supplier's directory and safekeep suppliers' records and files.
  • Prepares and maintains purchasing files, reports, and prices list
  • Submits regular reports in a timely manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related course.
  • At least one (1) year work experience in purchasing or related functions
  • Fundamental knowledge in procurement sourcing and vendor management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
