Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred
  • Experience in building facilities, construction, or property maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge in HVAC, fire protection, plumbing systems, and mechanical controls.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, technical drawings, and maintenance planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, air compressors, and mechanical equipment.
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all mechanical installations comply with mechanical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
  • Prepare technical reports, equipment performance data, and maintenance documentation.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors during installation, repair, or upgrade works.
  • Recommend system improvements for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Support building operations in maintaining optimal indoor air quality and thermal comfort.
