Main Purpose of the Role:
This role is looking for an experienced IT Manager specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The right candidate will lead the team in implementing and maintaining robust access control systems, ensuring security and efficiency meet business expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the management and administration of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, access controls, group policies, and security configurations.
· Design and deploy IAM solutions including provisioning, de-provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
· Manage a team of IAM professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and ensure high-performance deliverables.
· Administer and support SSO, MFA, and PAM tools.
· Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal IT teams, business units, and third-party vendors, to analyze access requirements, implement appropriate solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems
· Manager regular access reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
· Responsible for IAM-related issues and provide technical support.
· Develop and enforce access control policies and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices
· Responsible for the day-to-day operational works for associated security request SLAs of IT security operational topics.
Role Specific Technical Competencies:
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required with Experience: 8–15 years in IAM or related cybersecurity roles.
o Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Azure AD, IGA and PAM solution.
o Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and access governance
o Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly, apply risk/threat/vulnerability control considerations or method which impact multiple dimensions of Business, IT and subsequent downstream decisions.
o One or more of the following qualifications or equivalent preferred: CISA, CISSP, CISM, MCP and/or CCSP.
o Technical/Technology Vendor evaluation and management experience.
