Billing Assistant

Job Description:
- Operational Budget: Prepare and submit budget requests; perform daily budget reconciliation; conduct weekly budget reviews; deploy budget allocations to Operations.
- Mechanical: Prepare and request mechanical budgets; deploy budgets to the Mechanical team; perform mechanical budget encoding.
- Billing: Manage multi-account billing processes.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in budgeting, reconciliation, or billing is a plus.
- Knowledge of budget preparation, deployment, and reconciliation.
- Experience with multi-account billing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Assignment Details:
- Expected Duty Duration: 4 months
- Expected Deployment: February 16, 2026
Job Type: Fixed term
