About the role
We are seeking a diligent and organised Billing Assistant to join our team at Landers' in our Paranaque City office. This is a contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to the smooth financial operations of our company. As a Billing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payments, and other billing-related tasks.
What you'll be doing
- Process and prepare invoices for clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities
- Liaise with clients to resolve any billing inquiries or discrepancies
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure the integrity of financial data
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
What we're looking for
- Strong background in administrative or billing/accounts receivable roles
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Good communication and customer service skills to interact with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
