Business Analyst
to join our IT Department and play a key role in driving our
AI and automation initiatives
.

What You'll Do

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Operations, Call Center, and other departments.
  • Map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the Automation Developer.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend AI platforms, RPA tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Conduct feasibility checks and prepare comparison reports.
  • Provide end-user support by troubleshooting functional issues and escalating technical concerns.
  • Assist in creating project documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Collaborate with QA Specialist on test planning, issue validation, and serve as backup QA when needed.
  • Recommend process improvements to maximize efficiency and automation.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or solution delivery.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automation tools, AI platforms, or RPA solutions is a plus.
