Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and building high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate has strong mobile development experience, a keen eye for UI/UX detail, and a drive to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
  • Collaborate with product designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
  • Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs for various devices and screen sizes.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Debug, test, and optimize app performance for speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best development practices.
  • Continuously explore and adopt new Flutter packages and development tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
  • Experience integrating APIs (REST or GraphQL).
  • Understanding of state management approaches (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, MobX, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Firebase or other backend services.
  • Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Solid understanding of Git and version control workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to UI/UX quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Firebase).
  • Exposure to , Python, or Go backend technologies is a plus.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
