The position is responsible in conducting inspection, repair and maintenance of all company vehicles and equipment. Perform preventive maintenance together with other mechanics to ensure that the company's vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.

Key Result Area – Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.

A. Maintenance

- Assist Mechanic in conducting preventive maintenance schedule for all vehicles and equipment

- Perform 'BLOWBAGETS' vehicle inspection with logistics partner before departure and upon arrival of the unit.

- Record and consolidate the report of all the findings from vehicle inspection and report it to the Motorpool Chief Mechanic or Service Coordinator.

- Perform minor vehicle repair such as light bulb repair, basic adjustments of belt, tensioner, brakes, clutch or tires, basic lubrication of moving parts.

- Ensure that vehicles and equipment are in good working condition

B. Repairs

- Assist Mechanic in performing inspection and diagnosis of mechanical, electrical, electronic and hydraulic defects and problems on vehicles and equipment

C. Rescue

- Coordinate with Mechanic and prepare the needed equipment and spare parts for the rescue Perform rescue operation together with the assigned team.

Others

- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications

Education

- Graduate of Automotive Mechanic or related course.

Experience

- At least with experience in vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Training/License/Certification

- Automotive Equipment Maintenance and Repair (Training) NCII.

Physical Demands and Abilities

- Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach withhands and arms and talk or hear.

- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs., occasionally lift and/ormove objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.

- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl

- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.

- Specific vision abilities required for this job include vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php21, Php24,139.58 per month
