About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join Rica Ana Trading as an Area Manager – Logistics & Operations, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics, supply chain processes, and warehouse operations within the Muntinlupa City Metro Manila area. In this role, you will ensure the efficient movement of goods, streamline operational workflows, and maintain high standards of performance and compliance.
This is a full-time position based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. What You'll
Be DoingOversee daily logistics and supply chain operations, including transportation, and order fulfillment
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to retail outlets and distribution points
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements across logistics and operations
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align supply chain activities with business needs
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and conduct data analysis to support operational decisions
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Lead and develop logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Manage vendor and third-party logistics (3PL) relationships, negotiating contracts and service levels
Support the implementation of logistics technology solutions to improve accuracy and productivity
What We're Looking ForProven experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, ideally in a consumer products or distribution-focused environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and complex processes
Solid understanding of inventory control, warehouse systems, transportation, and route optimization
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and process automation tools
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
