  • Reports directly to the Building Admin.
  • Inspect equipment on a regular basis
  • Monitor operating conditions, meters, and gauges
  • Collect and test water and sewage samples
  • Record meter and gauge readings and operational data
  • Operate equipment to purify and clarify water or to process or dispose of sewage
  • Clean and maintain equipment, tanks, filter beds, and other work areas
  • Ensure safety standards are met
  • To operate, monitor, maintain, and trouble-shoot the wastewater treatment facility and its processes.
  • Perform all aspects of sampling, monitoring and testing required to maintain compliance of DENR
  • Assist in the performance of regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment and machinery.
  • On call to respond to emergencies and breakdowns at the plant and pump stations.
  • Perform all work in conformance to Occupational Safety and Health Act regulations.
  • Maintain open communications with the building admin regarding the treatment process and pump stations operation and malfunctions, as well as make recommendations for repairs and improvements to these systems.
  • Reports to Building Admin any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify the matter.
  • Implements instructions from Building Admin on matters that require immediate attention.
  • Ensure that operation of equipment conforms with the operating schedule in consonance to the energy management program.
  • Operates and monitors operation of water pumps, genset, exhaust system, chiller, AHU and cooling tower system, lighting and etc.
  • Conducts daily, weekly, monthly preventive maintenance on generator set, fire protection system and other mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Conducts cleaning of assigned equipment room.
  • Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance conducted by other sub-contractors such as but not limited to elevators, chiller, cooling tower and generator set.
  • Monitors on-going fit-out activities of tenants or contractor. Accomplish instructions from Building Admin relating to the maintenance and operation of equipment.
  • Endorse to incoming technician accomplished and unaccomplished activities for the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities.
  • Attend to iACADEMY or PhilLife tenant's service calls or request for assistance inside their offices.
  • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
  • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as clamp ammeter to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
  • Perform de-clogging of urinal / lavatory sink / slop sink and etc.
  • Perform other related duties
