What You'll Do in This Role

Be part of our client's team as a Fullstack Developer (FileMaker) responsible for managing, developing, and optimising FileMaker database systems. You will combine system administration, developer-level coding, and data management skills to ensure secure workflows and efficient performance.

Salary: PHP 130,000 to PHP 150,000

What You Bring to the Team

Background & Experience

• At least 2-3 years of FileMaker administration and development experience in a business or technical environment.
• FileMaker certification preferred but not required.
• Exposure to business system integration or custom database development projects.
• Prior experience in building or maintaining FileMaker-based business solutions is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience in FileMaker Pro and FileMaker Server administration
• Proficiency in FileMaker scripting, layouts, and calculation fields
• Familiarity with FileMaker developer tools, plugins, and API integrations
• Experience in relational database design and optimization

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and data management practices
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities

What You'll Be Working On

System Administration

• Manage FileMaker Server and Pro environments, ensuring uptime and performance
• Configure user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Monitor system backups, updates, and troubleshoot issues

Development & Customization

• Design and maintain FileMaker solutions
• Write and update scripts and developer code
• Integrate FileMaker with third-party apps or APIs
• Document configurations, workflows, and custom scripts

Data Management

• Ensure accuracy of FileMaker databases
• Support staff with data entry and governance standards
• Run queries, create reports, and provide insights

User Support & Training

• Provide first-level user support
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
• Collaborate with teams for process improvements and system enhancements
