Role Overview

We're seeking a
Product Design & UX Lead
who can own and elevate Nona's product experience end-to-end. This is an
executive-track role
designed for a designer with strong fundamentals, a sharp eye for detail, and 2+ years of impactful product design experience — ready to step into leadership earlier in their career.

You will work closely with the CEO and founding team, directly influencing product decisions, brand identity, and user journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Design Execution
    : Own Nona's product design across web and mobile — from UX flows to polished visuals.
  • User Research & Insights
    : Conduct quick, focused user research and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
  • Prototype & Test
    : Build wireframes and clickable prototypes, validate ideas rapidly with users and stakeholders.
  • Brand & Experience Alignment
    : Ensure every user touchpoint reflects Nona's premium and aspirational positioning.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    : Partner with product, tech, and marketing to ship features quickly and iteratively.
  • Design System Foundation
    : Start building Nona's scalable design system for consistency as we grow.
  • Executive Influence
    : Bring design perspective into strategic discussions and represent the voice of the user at the leadership table.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years in
    Product Design / UX
    , with strong
    consumer-facing product experience
    .
  • A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern product design and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar) with both UX and visual/UI strengths.
  • Experience in tech, telco, startups, marketplaces, or real estate/fintech apps a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable working fast, independently, and at executive visibility.
  • A future design leader: grit, ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow into a Head of Design role.
