Job Summary:

Yumna Jewelers, a distinguished family-owned luxury jeweler based in Raleigh, NC, is undergoing a pivotal phase of strategic growth and market expansion. We are seeking a highly experienced, autonomous, and data-driven Full-Time Marketing Operations Manager to lead and optimize our entire digital marketing ecosystem from the Philippines. This is a critical leadership role for a professional capable of transforming strategic vision into operational excellence, driving impactful campaigns, managing crucial data, and ensuring our brand's digital presence reflects our luxury positioning. You will be the central figure in executing our marketing strategy, providing robust analytics, and facilitating our ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Campaign Development & Management:
  • Design, implement, and fully manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing) for product launches and brand-building initiatives.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, conduct rigorous A/B testing, and continuously optimize performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
  • CRM System Ownership & Customer Data Strategy:
  • Take full ownership of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), ensuring its integrity, optimal configuration, and strategic utilization.
  • Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies to build highly targeted customer lists for personalized marketing and outreach.
  • Establish robust processes for capturing, cleaning, and leveraging customer data to inform marketing decisions and enhance the customer journey.
  • Comprehensive Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for strategic adjustment.
  • Generate and present clear, insightful, and actionable weekly/monthly reports, offering strategic recommendations for growth and optimization.
  • Digital Brand Presence & UI/UX Oversight:
  • Manage and strategically update all website content, product listings, landing pages, and blog posts, ensuring brand consistency and an optimized user experience (minor UI/UX changes).
  • Collaborate closely with the IT team on larger website developments or integrations to ensure marketing needs are met.
  • Ensure all digital assets are high-quality, strategically aligned, and reflective of a luxury brand aesthetic.
  • Email Marketing & Automation Leadership:
  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of sophisticated email marketing funnels, automation sequences, and direct campaigns.
  • Oversee compelling copywriting and visual integration (in collaboration with a freelance graphic designer) for all email communications.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration & Leadership:
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the Marketing Intern on tasks such as social media content creation, basic photography, and initial market intelligence gathering, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the freelance graphic designer to ensure all visual assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Assist the CEO in researching and identifying strategic partnership opportunities with local high-end businesses and community events.
  • Vendor & Tool Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for key marketing technology vendors (CRM, email platforms, advertising tools), ensuring optimal usage and integration.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive Experience: 4+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in digital marketing and marketing operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial, lead, or highly autonomous role.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven: Proven ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing strategies and provide actionable insights from complex data.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency with major CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce), email marketing software (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Project Management Excellence: Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously from conception to completion.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive marketing copy and delivering clear, impactful reports to executive leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Independent & Proactive: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of operating with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines.

Compensation & Hours:

  • Compensation: $431 - $603 USD per month (approx. PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000, depending on exchange rate)
  • Hours: Full-time, approximately 160 hours per month (40 hours per week), with a flexible schedule to accommodate team collaboration across time zones.
