Job Summary:

Nono's is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare, cook, and plate menu items, ensuring quality, consistency, and proper presentation. This role is perfect for someone with prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen who thrives in a professional back-of-house environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion guidelines
  • Ensure consistent taste, appearance, and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
  • Monitor ingredient usage and assist in inventory control to minimize waste
  • Support head chef and senior staff during peak service hours
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year experience in F&B or Back-of-House operations preferred
  • For those without prior experience, must have NC II or be a graduate of Culinary Arts or related course
  • Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
