GTM Automation Engineer

Join our team to design, build, and operate AI-powered GTM automation that scales Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll leverage your technical skills and RevOps expertise to create intelligent, reliable, and high-impact workflows that drive revenue, engagement, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and maintain event-driven automation workflows across HubSpot, n8n, Fireflies, and other tools.
  • Integrate AI/LLM-driven workflows to capture real-time signals and trigger next-best actions.
  • Optimize sales and marketing processes via lead enrichment, routing, and automated outreach.
  • Ensure workflow reliability with monitoring, error handling, and versioned testing.
  • Collaborate across GTM teams to accelerate experimentation and scale high-impact initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in automation or backend integrations, preferably with n8n, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in RevOps, marketing operations, or GTM functions.
  • Strong programming skills , APIs, webhooks, OAuth).
  • Hands-on experience with AI, agents, and LLMs for workflow automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to design scalable, event-driven systems.
