Company Overview

We are a growing agribusiness with six coconut farms located across the region— some already fruiting, others newly planted or under land preparation. Our goal is to maximize productivity, yield, and quality of coconuts while promoting sustainable and data-driven farming practices.

We are looking for a Farm Operations Head to oversee the full operations of all coconut farms — including planting, fertilization, irrigation, pest control, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual and monthly farm programs (fertilization, pruning, pest control, irrigation).
  • Oversee planting, replanting, and nursery operations for new farms.
  • Monitor tree health, yield performance, and sweetness enhancement programs.
  • Conduct soil and leaf analysis, prepare fertilization schedules, and supervise application.
  • Maintain farm logs and data sheets for productivity tracking and reporting.
  • Manage farm teams, caretakers, and contractors across different farm locations.
  • Ensure proper handling of farm inputs, machinery, and safety practices.
  • Coordinate with management on budget planning, logistics, and procurement.
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports with action recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Horticulture (Licensed Agriculturist preferred).
  • At least 5 years of farm management experience, ideally with coconuts or perennial crops.
  • Strong knowledge in soil fertility, pest management, irrigation systems, and intercropping.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in farm documentation and data analysis.
  • Willing to travel to various farms.
