We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Civil Engineer with expertise in Quantity Surveying and Construction Accounting to join our energetic and ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Fulfillment team in determining quantities for construction accounting, specifically in shell construction projects.
  • Contribute to the preparation of accurate measurement data for Construction Accounting and Lump Sum projects. This role ensures that measurement data aligns with project specifications, company standards, and German regulations, contributing to successful project execution.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Independently manage the preparation and verification of measurement data for Construction Accounting and Lump Sum projects projects with accuracy.
  • Identify discrepancies in project plans and measurement documents, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Adhere to company standards and German regulations in all aspects of measurement and documentation.
  • Support senior team members with measurement tasks.

Organizational Integration:

  • Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Senior Quantity Take-off Engineer and Managing Director.
  • Close Collaboration With: Fulfillment Team, Project Management
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: No leadership responsibilities in this role

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience as Construction Estimator, preferably with procurement experience
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus but not required
  • Strong command over Excel and familiarity with digital work environments
  • Proficiency in QTO software (Bluebeam) and other project tools (e.g. Zoho, MS SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word) is highly recommended
