Artillery Philippines is a fast-growing startup art brand looking for 1 PART-TIME WFH YouTube Video Editor/Producer under the Marketing Department for its Learn to Draw Manga brand.

The Video Editor will work closely with our Student Success Team to edit course materials (video and audio), prepare content for upload, and support admin/documentation tasks related to the rehaul. This is a contract-based, part-time role with flexible hours but requires consistency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Video & Audio Editing

  • Edit course videos (lectures, tutorials, screen recordings) for clarity, flow, and quality.

  • Sync and clean up audio to ensure clear sound quality.
  • Add intro/outro, transitions, captions, and simple graphics as needed.

  • Export and organize final files according to internal standards.

  • Content & Course Support

  • Upload edited videos to our learning platform (Circle).

  • Organize lesson files and ensure materials are labeled correctly.

  • Perform quality checks on uploaded content to make sure everything is functional and visually polished.

  • Administrative Tasks

  • Assist in updating trackers and documentation related to the rehaul.

  • Support scheduling tasks and reminders for the project team.
  • Help maintain organized file structures (Google Drive, project folders).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video editing (portfolio or samples required).
  • Minimum 1+ years of video editing experience required.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Basic audio cleanup/editing skills.
  • Proficiency in basic audio cleanup and sync skills required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Contract Details:

  • Type: Part-time, contract-based (project duration: 3 months, with possibility of extension).
  • Hours: Approx. 10–20 hours per week (flexible, but must be able to meet agreed deadlines).
  • Location: Remote, work-from-home
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly/project rate (to be discussed based on experience).
