About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Supervisor to join the dynamic team at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION'. As the Operation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organisation, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and exceptional service delivery. This full-time position is based in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the operations team to meet established goals and objectives

  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

  • Monitor and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to the operations team to support their professional development

  • Identify and address any operational issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures in a timely manner

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operation supervisor or management role, preferably in the advertising, arts, and media industry

  • Strong understanding of operational processes, project management, and team leadership

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically and strategically

  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing operational efficiencies

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team

  • Preferably can drive with valid driver license.

  • Civil Graduate pref Board Passer.

  • With back ground in OOH or Advertising is an ADVANTAGE.
