Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle blended customer service channels (voice and non-voice).
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Perform efficient data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver excellent communication and support in both Tagalog and English.
  • Adapt to a shifting work schedule and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Senior High School graduates may be considered with at least 6 months BPO experience (chat and voice support).
  • Average to good communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Good data entry and typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
  • Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,500.00 per month
