JOB SUMMARY:

The role involves creating marketing materials and implementing strategies to attract students and partners. It also includes coordinating market research to identify growth opportunities. The officer will manage alumni relations through a graduate tracer system and event support. Compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental standards is required.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Marketing Activities

  • Develop marketing strategies for advertising and promoting MIS programs to internal and external clients
  • Designs and prepare content for the publication of marketing/ promotional materials
  • In coordination with Research and Development Team, conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth, as necessary.

2. Alumni Monitoring

  • Develop and maintain a graduate tracer to monitor the whereabouts and performance of MIS alumni
  • Establishes and maintains strong and mutually beneficial relationships with MIS alumni

  • Render assistance to the MIS Alumni Association, as needed. i.e., establishing alumni homecoming, etc.

  • Performs responsibilities identified in the Integrated Management System and adheres to established quality, health & safety, and environmental standards in the performance of the job.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, alumni relations, or related roles
  • Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and use of marketing tools/platforms
  • Experience in conducting market research and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with alumni and stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and manage events such as alumni gatherings or promotional campaigns
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus)
  • Knowledge of or experience with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) is an advantage
