Job Summary

The Site Engineer will oversee CCTV and security system projects from planning to completion. The role involves supervising installation and monitoring works, ensuring proper documentation, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments and prepare technical reports, layouts, and project documentation.
  • Plan, organize, and manage CCTV and security system projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Supervise installation, configuration, and testing of CCTV equipment and related systems.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients for scheduling, materials, and technical issues.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, progress reports, as-built drawings, and turnover files.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare project cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Support the operations team in system monitoring and post-installation maintenance when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management or engineering, preferably in CCTV, security systems, or ELV projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, cabling, networking, and related hardware.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as required.
  • Will initially be stationed at Gapan.
