Job Summary

The Field Auditor is responsible for executing daily branch audits with accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standard operating procedures. This role ensures audit quality through complete documentation, timely reporting, and strict compliance with brand-specific standards. The Field Auditor also supports store performance by escalating critical issues, validating corrective actions, and identifying operational risks while maintaining professional engagement with store personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct at least 2 audits per day based on the monthly store allocation.
  • Complete and submit audit reports within 24 hours of store visits.
  • Take photos and document findings to support each audit point.
  • Escalate critical compliance issues on the same day.
  • Coordinate professionally with store PICs and management.
  • Follow SOPs and audit standards rigorously.
  • Assist in corrective action follow-ups and validations.
  • Rotate across all brands (Pares, TSG, Sapporo) monthly.
  • Attend training and feedback sessions regularly.
  • Recommend observations or risks to audit leadership.

Qualifications

  • WITH Motorcycle ONLY (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in auditing or operations in the food industry is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and health compliance standards.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel frequently to multiple sites.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in audit tools, POS systems, and documentation software.
  • Experience in audit form creation, editing, and process documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
  • Trustworthy, objective, and committed to upholding standards and ethics.
