Skills and Qualifications:

Experienced Employee specialized in handling, testing and designing Production Machine and Jigs or equivalent.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electro-Mechanics, Electronics & Communication) or equivalent.

Passed Board Examination/ Professional Licensure Examination

Knowledge in manufacturing tools and equipment

Basic Skills of Electrical & Control

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, AutoCAD

Job Description

  1. Decides on the specification of machines and prepares the document such as machine drawing and parts list.
  2. Set-up new production machines and equipment.
  3. Prepares and issues machine setting and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new production machines.
  4. Designs and fabricates jigs and does modification as it may deem necessary.
  5. Checks the dimension/measurement and functions of incoming jig.
  6. Supports Technical trial run.
  7. Participates on the Technical Department's initiatives for innovations and necessary improvements of the existing machines and jigs and other work processes.
  8. Participates on the cost reduction program initiatives of Technical Department.
  9. Works as a part of a team or collaborate with colleagues to achieve Technical Department's targets and objectives.
  10. Supports and complies with the applicable requirements of EMS, 6S, and Health & Safety
  11. Ensures adherence to the Company Policies, Code of Conduct and Discipline and other applicable rules and regulations.
  12. Performs other tasks under his/her field of competency.
