Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join our PSP team. This role is pivotal in designing and maintaining data assets that support patient affordability, adherence and education programs. Working closely with Insights, Product, Commercial and Operations stakeholders, you will analyse diverse data streams, create dashboards and provide actionable insights that strengthen Docquity's PSP offerings. The ideal candidate has a sharp analytical mind, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries. Exceptional fresh graduates with relevant project experience are also welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g. Python or R); experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Streamlit is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes and working with large, complex datasets.
• Understanding of anonymisation and privacy principles (HIPAA, GDPR or local equivalents) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analyses into actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated and detail‑oriented, with excellent problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to quality and integrity.
• Experience with health program analytics, real‑world evidence or patient support programs is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with multicultural teams across multiple time zones; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organise and maintain PSP data. Design and maintain a data lake that brings together all patient solution program data (affordability schemes, adherence reminders, education interactions, PV monitoring, etc.) from multiple regions. Ensure data is anonymised, properly classified and retained in alignment with client service contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Design robust data collection frameworks. Identify gaps in existing data fields within Docquitycare, work with product and engineering teams to define new fields, and document field definitions and calculation logic so that stakeholders have a clear understanding of the data.
• Analyse patient and program performance. Group data into logical categories (e.g. anonymised patient demographics, diagnosis, treatment adherence/behaviour, engagement preferences; treatment‑related metrics; program operation KPIs such as drug redemptions, cancellations and rebates) and perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends, gaps and key drivers of patient adherence and satisfaction.
• Develop dashboards and reports. Create and maintain interactive visualisations (e.g. using Tableau, Power BI or Streamlit) that track program KPIs across multiple angles (therapeutic area, geography, demographic segment, diagnosis, outcomes). Ensure dashboards are intuitive, accurate and align with PSP team goals. Conduct quality assurance (QA) and validation of reports to ensure reliability before sharing with internal and client stakeholders.
• Generate insights and personas. Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to interpret data, develop patient personas based on behavioural tracking, and benchmark clients' programs against peers to generate real‑world evidence. Present findings in a clear and actionable manner to inform campaign design, program improvements and client proposals.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication. Act as a liaison between clients, brand managers, the Insights team and other PSP stakeholders. Provide clear explanations of analyses, methodologies and data limitations, ensuring that all parties are aligned on goals and that insights are applied effectively.
• Support continuous improvement. Recommend process improvements for faster project pick‑up and standardised data collection, and help define metrics and KPIs that demonstrate Docquity's value to clients. Stay current on data privacy regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and security are upheld.
