We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various types of heavy machinery. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hydraulics and electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, forklifts, and other machinery
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic systems and components
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain electrical systems and wiring
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure safe and optimal machine performance
  • Identify mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Replace defective parts, perform adjustments, and ensure equipment reliability
  • Maintain service records and document repairs performed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in hydraulic systems
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and controls
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
  • Willingness to work in the field or workshop as needed
  • Vocational or technical training in mechanical or automotive technology is an advantage
