6W Reefer Truck - Delivery Helper

Job Summary: This position provides essential support to our delivery team by ensuring the timely and efficient transport of goods while upholding high standards of customer service and safety.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Load and unload packages onto and off of delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.

  • Assist the delivery driver in navigating routes and making deliveries.
  • Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and any related issues.
  • Report any damaged goods or delivery problems immediately to the supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area within the delivery vehicle.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management and warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license (if required for specific tasks).
  • Experience in a warehouse or delivery environment preferred.
