The Role

AcesIt is hiring a rockstar Sales & Marketing Associate who thrives on hitting targets, loves the challenge of closing deals, and is excited to help people change their lives through Canadian immigration. You'll connect with prospective clients, walk them through our services, and be the trusted guide they need.

What You'll Do

• Drive brand awareness and visibility across platforms.
• Actively prospect and close sales through social media, LinkedIn, and networking groups.
• Host and co-host webinars and live info sessions to convert interest into action.
• Motivate clients when the journey gets tough and be their point of support.
• Use tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, and automation to manage leads and performance.
• Stay sharp on immigration programs — we'll train you, but initiative is gold.

What We're Looking For

• You know how to find and sign clients. You love the thrill of the close.
• You're not afraid of quotas — you love beating them.
• You communicate like a pro — both over email and in person/video.
• You're independent, reliable, and can juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
• You're naturally curious and enjoy personal development.
• Sales/Marketing experience: 1+ year preferred
