Our
Motion Graphics Designer
play a key role within the Employer Brand Consulting creative team, bringing a high level of talent and skill to a wide variety of digital design projects. The position combines graphic design talent with strong technical skills in video/motion. They will work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters and the Creative Director to bring ideas to life across video, social and digital channels. To do so consistently and successfully, the ability to originate motion solutions to early-stage concepts is a must. This role will provide strong, unique creative responses to client strategies and briefs. They will demonstrate an understanding of the project's objectives and support the campaign message or brand story through compelling design, while adhering to production, brand and quality standards at the same time.

What you'll be doing:

Client & Creative Delivery:

• You'll be a go-to resource for excellence in design across video and digital platforms, including sites, animated display advertising and social media
• You'll create from concept (treatments, storyboards, wireframes) to highly polished outputs.
• You'll offer advice on everything from UX to voiceovers, music and f/x.
• You'll collaborate with Copywriters on outlines for storyboard, landing pages, scripts and advertising.
• You'll create graphics packages intended for web experiences, video or digital brand standards.
• You'll log, organize, format, label, and help to distribute and/or archive as needed.
• You'll present ideas to internal colleagues and clients and articulate creative reasoning and benefits, as well as alignment to creative brief.
• You'll quickly generate (independently or collaboratively) creative ideas and use an iterative process to drive multiple, unique ideas options to consider.

Process and Compliance:

• You'll attend and contribute to project briefings.
• You'll follow set out creative production processes in line with end-to-end workflow (working within ).
• You'll fully understand handoffs within the process.
• You'll follow, understand, and demonstrate a commitment to the quality control process.

You'll need to demonstrate:

• Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere, Xd, Photoshop, Animate, Illustrator.
• Understanding and use of email platforms such as Outlook or Mailchimp.
• Understand social media channels (aspect ratios, file size limits, file types such as video, animated GIFs, etc.).
• Experience working within brand systems, standards and toolkits.
• Proficiency: Adobe InDesign, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
• Basic understanding of mobile-first approach to digital design.
• Proficiency also in InDesign, Excel, Word.
• Some HTML, CSS, JavaScript proficiency; web design front-end experience will be helpful.
• Experience in web animations via Lottie (.json), CSS, JavaScript is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication and thought articulation skills.
