Job Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a driving role, preferably as an executive or personal driver.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, and alternative routes.
  • Experience driving high-end or luxury vehicles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exceptional time management skills, punctuality, and a flexible approach to scheduling.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and maintain a level-headed approach to driving in varying traffic conditions.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
  • Background checks and driving record review will be conducted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport executives to meetings, events, and appointments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements, including routes and schedules, are thoroughly planned and executed efficiently.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the vehicle, ensuring it is well-kept, stocked with necessary supplies, and in top working condition.
  • Monitor traffic conditions and adjust routes to ensure punctual arrival.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage or materials, if required.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive or personal information shared during travel.
  • Keep accurate records of travel schedules, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Handle occasional administrative tasks such as vehicle refueling, scheduling maintenance, or making minor repairs.
  • Follow strict safety protocols, and ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
  • Be available for short-notice travel requests and irregular hours, including evenings or weekends, if necessary.
  • Provide a comfortable, secure, and professional environment for the executive(s) during travel.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
