Job Summary:

The Event Transport Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting accredited personnel, including tournament officials, players, VIP guests, and staff during the FIFA Futsal Women's World Cup 2025. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, and excellent knowledge of routes and traffic regulations within the event area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate assigned vehicles to transport passengers and materials between hotels, venues, airports, and other designated locations.
  • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off according to the official transport schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
  • Follow all traffic laws and tournament transport policies.
  • Coordinate with the Transport Coordinator and Dispatch Team for routing and scheduling updates.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and provide courteous service at all times.
  • Monitor vehicle fuel levels and report maintenance or repair needs immediately.
  • Keep accurate daily trip logs, mileage reports, and fuel consumption records.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and security of all passengers and event-related information.

Qualifications:

  • With a valid professional driver's license
  • With driving experience.
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila roads and major event venues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in driving for major events, hotels, or corporate clients is an advantage.
