The Role

We're hiring a skilled Front-End Developer with a strong background in Django templating to craft responsive, accessible, and visually appealing web interfaces. You'll be responsible for turning beautiful designs into functional pages within our server-rendered Django application. This position is perfect for developers who love front-end work but prefer working in an integrated environment rather than a standalone JavaScript framework.

What You'll Do

  • Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build and maintain front-end views using the Django Template Language (DTL).
  • Manage static files (CSS, JS, and images) efficiently within the Django ecosystem.
  • Write modular, maintainable front-end scripts to enhance interactivity.
  • Optimize web performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to seamlessly integrate UI components and APIs.
  • Maintain a strong focus on accessibility and user experience throughout the development process.

What We're Looking For

  • Mid-Level: 2–4 years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Senior: 4+ years of experience building complex, production-grade user interfaces.
  • Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Required: Direct experience with Django Templates or another server-side templating system.
  • Proficiency with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Familiarity with Git and modern version control workflows.
  • A strong design sensibility and commitment to pixel-perfect implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Compensation

  • Mid-Level (2–4 years experience): ₱60,000 - ₱80,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time
