Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence, support sales objectives, and increase market share. Leads the marketing team in executing advertising, promotions, events, digital campaigns, and market research initiatives to position the company competitively in the automotive, truck, tire, and heavy equipment industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs aligned with company goals.
· Plan and manage advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and PR activities to boost brand awareness.
· Lead product launches, exhibits, sponsorships, and trade events to support sales growth.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends.
· Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing collaterals, presentations, and sales tools.
· Monitor and manage the company's online presence (website, social media, digital ads).
· Ensure proper brand positioning and consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
· Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure cost-efficient campaigns.
· Establish partnerships with suppliers, media, and event organizers for promotional opportunities.
· Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
· Supervise, train, and guide the marketing team in daily operations and projects.
· Prepare regular marketing reports and updates for management review.
· Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
· At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing (automotive, tire, truck, or heavy equipment industry is an advantage).
· Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and event management.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools/software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, social media ads).
· Creative, analytical, and results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask, manage projects, and work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
