Join our team in BGC Taguig, as an AR Specialist/Analyst and play a key role in managing and optimizing our receivables process. We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in credit management and collections to help maintain a healthy cash flow.

Job responsibilities:

  • Record customer payments via cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Post revenues from lockbox and local deposit verifications
  • Update receivables by totaling and tracking unpaid invoices
  • Investigate account discrepancies with internal teams and customers
  • Process authorized deductions and resolve pending or invalid ones
  • Review customer payment plans, credit lines, and coordinate with collections
  • Maintain invoice accounts and prepare monthly receivables reports
  • Handle credit applications, perform credit checks, and set up accounts in AX

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience in accounts receivable or collections.
  • Banking experience/reconciliations, discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Skilled in handling difficult customers and stakeholder communication
  • Proficient in data entry and basic math.
