Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth in North Luzon (Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Region & Abra). The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, be willing to travel, and know how to drive a manual transmission (MT) vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and promotions to potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Travel within the assigned area to maximize coverage and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture and Animal Science or any related field.
  • Experience in sales, fieldwork, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Must know how to drive a manual transmission (MT) vehicle and have a valid professional driver's license.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Willing to travel within the area of Pangasinan, La Union, Ilocos Region & Abra.
