• Expected salary: ₱16,000 - ₱20,000 per month

FINANCE ASSISTANT

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist with the month-end close process.

· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information at all times.

· Perform monthly reconciliations of some ledger accounts.

· Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.

· Review open invoice reports; follow up with a schedule of payments or adjustments.

· Reviews all receipts and disbursements, ascertains correct account distribution and ensuring all support documentation is accurate and in order.

· Assist Finance Manager with the year-end financial audit.

· Maintain required records, reports and files in an organized manner.

· Perform other related duties as directed within the project guidelines established.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:

· College graduate with degree in Accountancy or related courses

Experience:

· At least three (3) years related experience as Accounting / Finance office.

Others:

· Good communication and personal relation skills

· Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
