Job Overview:

We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Audit Assistants to support our audit team in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of company financial records and reports. The Audit Assistant will play a key role in auditing remittances, balance sheets, and collection reports, as well as identifying and reporting discrepancies and irregularities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit remittances, balance sheets, and collection reports to verify accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze financial reports, documents, and cash invoices to detect discrepancies or inaccuracies.
  • Identify individuals responsible for discrepancies in remittances and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • Prepare and submit regular audit reports to the Immediate Superior, Immediate Head, HR Head, and Top Management.
  • Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation and working papers.
  • Recommend improvements to strengthen internal controls and minimize financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable accounting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in internal audit, accounting, or related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality in handling audit findings.
