Qualifications:
- Preferably residing within Metro Manila or nearby cities.
- Must be Four (4) year graduate in Business Administration in Human Resource Development Management or others/equivalent
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
- Willing to do field work / Preferably with own Motorcycle.
- Must have passion in hiring & recruiting, confident and result oriented person. Hands-on experience with the largest job sites.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Has the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Confident and with strong leadership skills.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Goal oriented, hardworking and likes to travel.
- Can work Monday to Saturday schedule.
- Can start immediately once hired.
- Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.
