ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

1. Qualification

1.1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical).

1.2. Must be Licensed Electrical Engineer

1.3. Must have knowledge in Philippine Electrical code

1.4. Must have minimum 3 years in design, implementation and commissioning of solar powered electrical systems

1.6. Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance (motors, control systems, control, etc.)

1.7. Willing to be assigned for fieldwork, flexible, and can work extended hours if required

1.8. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.

1.9. Mature personality, independent and self-motivated, and capable to apply technical skills in decision-making.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

2.1. Comment, propose revisions and sign electrical plans for permits, construction drawings, tender drawings, information, schematic design, design development, construction bulletin, and other related electrical plans as required

2.2. Prepare electrical plans, estimates and permits for all electrical projects

2.3. Coordinate existing or potential electrical engineering projects and products with the relevant parties (Engineers, architects, management, customers, etc.)

2.4. Review and analyze construction methodologies and recommendations for the best option prior to execution at the site

2.5. Prepare contract documents for construction, specifically electrical projects.

2.6. Design and improve electrical circuits, components, systems, equipment, etc.

2.7. Prepare bill of quantities for electrical works/projects

2.8. Prepare electrical schedules and manpower on a given project

2.9. Prepare specifications for the purchase of materials and equipment

2.10. Coordinate with clients/ consultants for any site instructions and inspections of works

2.11. Develop standards (e.g. installation, maintenance and operating standards) and specifications for electrical systems, equipment or products.

2.12. Review electrical test results, quality inspection reports, factory acceptance test, results, and other reports related to electrical works

2.13. Monitor electrical project schedules or deadlines, materials, tools and equipment, manpower and budgets for all electrical projects

2.14. Ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times

2.15. Inspect ongoing and completed electrical projects

2.16. Investigate and solve technical failures

2.17. Investigate electrical works if complying with the Philippine Electrical Code

2.18. Prepare electrical project accomplishment reports

2.19. Inspection for cleanliness before, during and after electrical works

2.20. Performs other job related duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
