We are looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves designing, maintaining, and improving electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and control panels for manufacturing equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical machinery and systems.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve electrical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage electrical projects including upgrades, installations, and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of electrical schematics, maintenance logs, and technical reports.
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives through electrical system enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, VFDs, and industrial automation systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards.
  • Proficient in using CAD software for electrical design.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineering License or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of energy management systems and sustainability practices.
