In this full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila, you will be the frontline voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from healthcare customers with professionalism and empathy
  2. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner
  3. Input and maintain accurate customer records in our database
  4. Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team or department
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  6. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry for at least 1 year
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to resolve customer queries efficiently
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate various software platforms
  5. Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service and a desire to exceed customer expectations
  6. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs
