Job Description:

Responsible for overseeing the Sales day-to-day activity, focusing primarily on managing the function of the Sales Staff.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales and Coordination, in handling the Sales of Corporate/In-house account, social media orders and sales from walk-in customers.
  • Assist the Field Sales Personnel in documenting and processing of Orders Received. Handles PO, process Invoices and preparation of Delivery Receipt.
  • Do Tele-marketing work to source out new customers and maintain updated data base.
  • Lead the sales Process orders received from in-house client, customers from online such as website, mobile, FB and other social media inquiry and walk in customers.
  • Handles PO, process Invoices and order preparation and ensure proper filing.
  • Attend to the Sales from online inquiries received from the Marketing team, respond to queries, provides information needed by customers.
  • Coordinate with the Sales personnel and warehouse for the Delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with clients for orders, re-order and offer new products available.
  • Ensure that daily delivery target is being met.

Qualification:

  • Degree in Business management or business administration
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar function.
