DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Estimating quantities, cost and time scales for material and labor.
  • Preparing tender and contract documents.
  • Validate work accomplishment, managing budget and overseeing payment.
  • Evaluate and process contractor's claims.
  • Prepare project cash flow.
  • Assist Procurement in bidding process.
  • Preparation of Cash Flow forecasts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is a plus
  • With at least 2 years work experience in Quantity Surveying
  • With experience in Mass Housing and Land Development
  • Knowledgeable in Construction Methodology
  • Can start immediately
