Responsible in providing expert product knowledge and customer service, and handling transactions and payments.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greeting customers and assisting them with their beauty needs.
  • Answering questions about products, application techniques, and usage.
  • Demonstrating products and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Sales:

  • Meeting sales goals and targets.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling beauty products.
  • Understanding and promoting specific brands or product lines.

Cashier Duties:

  • Processing payments and handling transactions.
  • Operating the cash register and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized point of sale area.

Other Duties:

  • Maintaining store displays and ensuring product presentation.
  • Managing store inventory and replenishing stock.
  • Assisting with other tasks as needed, such as cleaning and organizing the store.
