Site Assistant

1 Monitoring the fly ash and bottom ash hauled included the level of the ash silos

2 Consolidating load ticket of Fly ash and Bottom ash daily and summarized for billing purposes.

3 Permits Coordination with OSH / CH/ for JC&V - VKKK3 and Webb Fontaine every vessel (Reminding permits prior vessel berthing)

4 Administrative Task - Updating Fly ash and bottom ash monthly hauling via Gsheets

5 Coordination with the contractors working plans and report to Site Logistic specialist

6 Visits to the site for cleanliness inspection were contractors stationed for safety purposes.

7 Process Site Entry Request for JC&V - VKKK3 and Vessel Agent Request and others related to the entry pass to the vessel.

8 Process Vehicle Pass / Request

9 Attending toolbox meeting - (CH & Mainplant, admin bldg.)

10 Coordination with AP-TBG Pagbilao Power Station most to the FMT Site Supervisor and Site Specialist.

11 Possible visit to another site - SL-MM - Therma Mobile Inc. (Navotas) for augment work not limited to admin works and witnessing the vessel unloading.

Qualification Must be Male or Female, Knows how to drive is an advantage

• College graduate or attended college

Work Experience:

Technical or quantifiable skills, like computer literacy (Knows basic google work space) or language proficiency.

Soft Skills:

Interpersonal and non-technical abilities, such as communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and teamwork.
