About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Team Leader to oversee and support our team of onsite Virtual Assistants. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and operational coordination skills to ensure that the VA team delivers high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about guiding others to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of onsite Virtual Assistants
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed
  • Assist with task delegation, workload management, and issue resolution
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for VA concerns and client feedback
  • Coordinate with management to implement team goals and process improvements
  • Track attendance, productivity, and KPI adherence
  • Promote a collaborative and positive working environment onsite

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or VA with leadership duties
  • Strong understanding of the Virtual Assistant industry and client service expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy; familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, CRMs, etc.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Must be willing to work onsite full-time

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a BPO/KPO, staffing, or VA agency setup
  • Background in managing teams of remote or hybrid workers
  • Leadership training or certifications are a plus
